| − | It seems obvious that Whitey has some darkness attached to him, some wicked past that has attracted the attention of the Mists. The Mists took him and have prevented his return to the Feywild. He has resorted to alchemy to convert life essence into warlock energy and he has come to the conclusion that with the cooperation of a powerful witch he could convert Strahd's essence into enough power to rip a hole back to the Fey and escape. He has not yet realized that his experiments are tying him more strongly to the Mists.
