Line 1: Line 1:
Whitey is a strange creature, as are all of his sort. He is a jackalope, but attempts to pass for normal by wearing a raincoat and fedora. He refuses to scamper, only walking on his back legs which reduces his movement from 60' to 30'. He wears riding boots, one of which holds a spring loaded poison spike with '''[[Barkbite]]''' poison coating it.

He speaks common, with a coarse, breathless dialect that drips malevolence. He incessantly refers to women as ''Doll'' and men as ''Mooks''. He understands Sylvan and Elvish but refuses to speak it. He is prone to either stealth or some sort of ethereal shifting. He does not care to be held, touched, or looked at for very long.

It seems obvious that Whitey has some darkness attached to him, some wicked past that has attracted the attention of the Mists. The Mists took him and have prevented his return to the Feywild. He has resorted to alchemy to convert life essence into warlock energy and he has come to the conclusion that with the cooperation of a powerful witch he could convert Strahd's essence into enough power to rip a hole back to the Fey and escape. He has not yet realized that his experiments are tying him more strongly to the Mists.
