Medusa's Kiss is actually an alchemical concoction containing bismuth and Basilisk blood. DC15 Con Save, 1st fail 2d12 poison damage, poisoned and slowed. 1st success 1d12 poison damage, poisoned but not slowed. 2nd fail Petrified. 2nd success not poisoned.
