The Principality of Spanichen is reeling from the effects of a long-standing conflict with Turbichen. Prince Erioch del Strand takes the stalemate as a failure and is aggressively trying to rebuild in preparation for another attempt. He has laid all of his hopes on the Musketoons and the artificers behind them.
