This ring is clearly Hellforged by the metal used. The polished black metal weeps a fouls smelling oil that stains the hand green. It is set with a chip of opaque pink coral that resembles a flake of hardened human tissue.
When worn the ring will repair 1d6 hp of damage per round. Each use of the ring requires a DC 12 Wis save or the wearer will be forced to listen as life energy is burned out of wailing souls pleading for an end to their torment and poured into the wearer.
