Underhand

The Underhand is an open bazaar in the slums of Low City. Garda patrols are warned away unless engaging in a large scale raid but specific detectives are tolerated with the understanding that they do not cause trouble.

Most business takes place on blankets that can be gathered up quickly in the event of a raid. There is significant demand for silver in any form as a protective from devils and undead as well as cold forged iron to be used against demons and fae creatures.
