Rumors of the Order of Arcturus persist to this day though most scholars believe that this order retreated to the deeps of the Feywilde at the the end of the Fifth Age. Any remaining Arcturian weapons have surely been destroyed by the dwarves.

According to the legends, they carried bows of bleached Silverwood with Ithildin runes repeating the order's oath of servitude. The wielder would repeat the chant under a gibbous moon and the two would be bonded for life. Once attuned, the bow could be dismissed and summoned much in the same way as a warlock's pact blade.
