Rav Eduril

Rav Eduril is an impressively built half-dwarf, hairless with ebony skin and bright orange eyes. He is a passionate and boisterous individual with two husbands and a number of lovers beside. He is generally uninterested in governing the city and his appointment is certainly due to how much the Prince enjoys Rav's company.
Rav took over the shipyards and came up with the idea of maintaining ownership of the vessels, only renting use whenever possible.
